Help Make Inclusion for All a Reality. Me2 Club helps over 100 children and young people with additional needs or disabilities take part in mainstream leisure activities every year. By matching each child with a dedicated and trained volunteer, we break down barriers to inclusion, reduce social isolation, and help young people grow in confidence and independence and joy. We are now looking for a Senior Activities and Volunteers Coordinator to lead our dedicated team and ensure our core services continue to make a life‑changing impact.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re passionate about inclusion and committed to ensuring every child can take part in the activities they love. You build trust quickly with children, parents, and carers, and you bring hands‑on experience supporting children with additional needs or disabilities. You know how to boost confidence, nurture independence, and reduce isolation. Ideally, you’ve managed staff and volunteers before and feel confident delivering training, presentations, and guidance to a range of audiences.

- Play an active role in the Senior Management Team, contributing to strategic planning
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days look the same. You’ll be supporting staff, families, volunteers, and partners — all while helping shape the future of our services.

- Experience supporting children with additional needs (behavioural, emotional, or medical)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

- A creative, resilient, and solution‑focused approach
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to travel across Reading and Wokingham.
