Your focus is to deliver the highest professional standards of service for our customers across a brilliant variety of events, from corporate conferences to big celebrations. You are a critical part of the Events team, and we quite literally cannot do it without you. You will achieve this by greeting guests with absolute confidence and professionalism, making sure they are safe, looked after, and genuinely loving their visit to Village.

As our Meetings & Events Team Member, you are the engine of the floor. We trust you to handle:
- Space & Standards: Setting up and servicing our meeting and event spaces to exact specifications and brand standards, always keeping a keen eye for detail.
- Tech Savvy Operations: Getting confident with our tech to operate AV equipment safely, efficiently, and smoothly for our clients during presentations and events.
- Food & Drink Flare: Serving up refreshments, meals, and drinks with confidence and flare, utilising your product knowledge to spot upselling opportunities at every turn.
- Pride in the House: Keeping our spaces organized by ensuring all event equipment is stored away correctly and safely after a busy shift.
- Shift Safety: Participating in full compliance with Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, Food Safety, and Licensing laws to keep a safe environment for everyone.
