We are looking for experienced Facade Site Managers with proven experience managing the on-site installation of aluminium and glazed facade systems, particularly unitised curtain walling, on live commercial or residential projects.
The company is a specialist facade installation contractor, with teams working across:
- Unitised curtain wall panels
- Stick curtain walling systems
- Aluminium windows and doors
- Glazing and associated facade components
- Rainscreen and associated facade systems
The main focus is the installation of facade systems on mid-rise and high-rise commercial and residential projects. General experience in housebuilding, internal fit-out, civils, roofing or unrelated construction trades will not be sufficient without direct facade installation experience. Cladding experience is useful, but cladding-only experience will not replace a strong understanding of curtain walling, glazing and facade installation.
There are opportunities available in both London and Manchester.
Manchester: Romanian language skills are essential, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and communicating with a predominantly Romanian-speaking installation workforce.
London: Fluent English is required.
The successful candidate will take day-to-day responsibility for facade installation activities, ensuring the workforce is properly planned, organised and supported so that work progresses safely, productively and to the required quality standard.
