As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from initial planning through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initial planning and design coordination through installation and final handover.
- Ensure all technical, contractual and budgetary objectives are achieved.
- Lead, manage and motivate project teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, designers and other stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, provide regular updates and resolve issues.
- Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety and environmental requirements.
- Manage project timelines, resources and budgets.
