ME Medical Recruitment is currently representing a fantastic opportunity for a Staff Specialist or Senior Staff Specialist Anaesthetist to join a dynamic team at a major regional hospital, offering permanent full-time or part-time positions.

- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time
- Salary Range: AUD $210,332 β $266,677 (plus allowances)
- Total Remuneration: Up to AUD $528,464 p.a. (depending on classification level)

Work within a well-integrated health service offering a diverse casemix including:

Supported by active emergency, anaesthetic, and intensive care departments, and affiliated with James Cook University for teaching and research.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or equivalent
- Eligible for Specialist Registration with AHPRA (substantially comparability ANZCA assessment outcome) or UK trained Anaesthetist with CCT (Expedited Pathway)
- Commitment to high-quality clinical care and professional development
- Compliance with Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) requirements
