Technical Services Manager - West London - £50m Refurbishment Project Location: West London Sector: Fit Out & Refurbishment Position: Technical Services Manager Project Value: £50 Million Our client, a leading Fit Out & Refurbishment Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join the team on a prestigious £50m refurbishment scheme in West London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex, high-profile project, taking responsibility for the successful delivery and coordination of all M&E packages from pre-construction through to completion. The Role As Technical Services Manager, you will: * Oversee the delivery of all Mechanical & Electrical packages. * Manage M&E subcontractors and consultant teams. * Coordinate technical design information and ensure compliance with project requirements. * Drive programme, quality, and commissioning activities. * Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Attend client and stakeholder meetings throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements * Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or Building Services Manager with a Main Contractor. * Strong track record delivering M&E packages on refurbishment projects. * Electrically biased background preferred. * Excellent technical knowledge of building services. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced construction environment.
