Mission
As STK Senior Restaurant Manager, you will lead the daily operation of one of London’s most vibrant dining destinations, ensuring exceptional lunch, dinner and event experiences that reflect the energy, style and sophistication of the STK brand. You will inspire, develop and lead a high‑performing team while delivering seamless service, maximising guest satisfaction and driving commercial success. Through strong leadership, operational excellence and a passion for hospitality, you will create memorable guest experiences that encourage loyalty, repeat business and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day operation and strategic development of STK Restaurant
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
- Manage restaurant lunch, dinner and event service to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Work closely with the Sales & Events team to coordinate successful group bookings and private events
- Build strong guest relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across every service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, efficiently and confidently
- Drive revenue growth through upselling techniques and proactive business generation
- Create a culture where every team member contributes to sales and guest engagement
- Conduct daily briefings, debriefings and regular management meetings
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to continuously improve service standards and team performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of the restaurant team
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, security and company policies
- Monitor departmental performance using financial targets, KPIs and operational reporting
- Analyse revenue, labour and cost controls to support profitability without compromising standards
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement effective solutions
- Maintain high presentation, service and brand standards throughout the restaurant
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior restaurant leadership role within premium or lifestyle hospitality
- Strong background in high‑volume restaurant and event‑led operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent guest engagement and relationship‑building skills
- Commercially aware with strong financial and operational understanding
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting and cost control
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to adapt quickly and problem‑solve effectively
- Passion for food, beverage, lifestyle hospitality and memorable guest experiences
- Confident decision‑maker with strong delegation and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are highly valued
- Flexible approach to working hours in line with business demands
