Mission
As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, memorable, and personalised guest experience during night-time operations. You will ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests while supporting the hotel’s smooth overnight operation.
Key Responsibilities – Guest Experience & Operations
- Welcome and assist guests during night hours, ensuring a professional and personalised service
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests efficiently and accurately
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel throughout the night shift
- Support other departments during the night, including Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage where required
- Handle guest complaints calmly and effectively, finding appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary
- Complete all night audit and administrative tasks accurately and within deadlines
- Maintain a strong understanding of how your role impacts guest satisfaction, safety, and hotel performance
- Communicate clearly with management and day teams to ensure seamless handovers
