We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, proactive and extremely well-organised Administrator to join our team in Mannheim, Germany as a Tax Compliance Admin. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with databases, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage projects independently. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, gathering information, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain tax compliance databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information from our Workforce.
- Follow up with individuals for outstanding information to meet compliance deadlines.
- Work independently to oversee projects related to tax compliance, owning the process from start to finish.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications to streamline processes and documentation.
- Set and monitor personal performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide support to the HR Team as needed and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a compliance role.
