M&E Global has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electro Technician to become part of our team in Brussels, Belgium

The Role As a key member of our workforce, you'll support Ground Support Equipment (GSE) services across airports, airlines, and ground-handling operations.

The role covers equipment maintenance, digital fleet management, rental support, and operational assistance.

Previous mechanical experience is essential, with the ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair a range of heavy equipment.

Candidates must possess a valid European passport to meet the access and documentation requirements of this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of electrical systems and components on GSE (include what kind of equipment).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve faults in electrical and electronic assemblies.
  • Install and test electrical systems in compliance with current safety standards and regulations.
  • Document maintenance and repair activities and support the preparation of technical reports.
  • On-the-job training of other mechanics for troubleshooting and complex machines.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Ensure all equipment, tools, and devices are in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and cleaning components as necessary.
  • Prepare equipment for handover to customers or deployment at airports.
  • Coordinate with other technicians (mechanical, electrical, and workshop) to ensure the efficient execution of repair and maintenance tasks across different systems of GS
  • Perform other duties as assigned
