The JOBME Engineers are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic suitably experienced BIM Lead/Coordinator for pioneering global projects in stadia and sport and entertainment arenas for their London office. You should have the ability to motivate others and be able to work under your own initiative. You will work as part of a team, attending project BIM review meetings and seeing projects through from RIBA Stage 2 conception to RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design.

Your attributes

  • Good communication skills to liaise with MEP Engineers, Structural, and Architectural Designers
  • Knowledge and understanding of principles of MEP distribution services
  • MEP Distribution Design hierarchy with spatial accessibility awareness
  • Recognition of RIBA stages and PAS codes
  • Experience and a deft knowledge in Revit and Navis clash detection software
  • Consciousness on declarative drawing presentation
  • Ability to create clash reports and managing delivery times with the project team
  • Willing to learn and input new ideas in the development of efficiency within the Building Services industry
  • Experience essential within the MEP aforementioned sectors required
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Navis and Clash detection within Dynamo, BIM 360, Revizto, and BIMCollab experience an advantage
