- Work closely with the Sample Co-ordinator to ensure all product details, styling notes and intelligent design features are correctly represented on set.
- Build and oversee styling kits and accessories, ensuring all shoot tools and styling resources are fully prepared.
- Contribute to creative research, styling references and moodboard development alongside the Styling Editor and wider creative team.
- Support with look planning, outfit building and styling continuity across seasonal collections.
On-Set Styling:
- Style and dress models confidently across ecomm, social and campaign shoots.
- Execute styling direction from the Styling Editor and Art Director while maintaining consistency across multiple looks and shot lists.
- Confidently steam, prep and refresh garments to ensure every look is executed to the highest standard.
- Work efficiently within a high-volume studio environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Take increasing ownership of styling execution on ecomm shoots and support junior team members where required.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a key styling contact across the wider business for styling queries and ad hoc requests.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Retail and Marketing teams to ensure styling direction is aligned across all customer touchpoints.
- Support with styling decks, visual presentations and creative admin where required.
- Assist with social content shoots, special projects and seasonal styling initiatives.
- Work with retail teams to help bring the ME+EM styling vision to life across the store network.
Skills:
- Previous experience within a Styling Assistant, Junior Stylist or Mid-Weight Stylist position, ideally within luxury fashion, premium retail or ecomm environments.
- Strong experience working across ecomm and on-set shoots within a fast-paced studio environment.
- Excellent understanding of styling, proportion, layering and luxury fashion aesthetics.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confident working collaboratively with photographers, creatives, production teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong visual eye with both creative and commercial awareness.
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused with a hands-on approach.
