M&E Contrax Renewables Ltd are looking for an experienced Solar PV Roofer to join our installation teams on a self-employed basis. We have a strong pipeline of both commercial and domestic solar PV projects, offering consistent long-term work for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience installing roof-mounted solar PV systems and be confident working as part of a professional installation team.
Key responsibilities
- Installing roof mounting systems and solar PV panels
- Working on commercial and domestic roof installations
- Ensuring installations are completed safely and to a high standard
- Working efficiently as part of an installation team
- Maintaining good site practice and safety procedures
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience installing solar PV systems
- Own van and tools
- Self-employed status
- Public Liability Insurance
- Ability to provide proof of previous work / references
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- CSCS Card
- Experience with larger commercial installations
