Overview
Approved Electrician
Due to new contracts and continued growth we are looking for Approved Electricians to join our team.
As part of our team you will receive a competitive salary of Β£45,330.52, company vehicle, pension, all specialist tools and the opportunity to participate in team days and community initiatives.
Responsibilities
Providing a key role within our organisation, our approved electricians lead small teams of electricians, apprentices, and improvers to ensure installation works are delivered to an exceptionally high standard. The role is hands on and varied each day. You will have the opportunity to undertake tasks including;
- Commercial and industrial electrical installations.
- Inspection & Testing of electrical systems.
- Leading small site teams.
- Ensuring the development of apprentices and trainees.
- Client liaison.
- Safety inspections of small sites.
Qualifications
- Completion of an Electrical Installation apprenticeship programme, including both Practical and Theory training (C&G, NVQ and AM2).
- City & Guilds 2382; BS7671 18th Edition or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2391 or 2394 & 2395 in the inspection, testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- A high level of motivation to succeed within a fast-growing organisation.
- Full UK driving license or the ability to travel between various worksites.
- The ability to obtain security clearance for access to both Ministry Of Defence and Ministry Of Justice sites.
