The successful candidate will manage their own varied private client caseload from instruction through to completion, advising individuals and families on a broad range of private client matters.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload, including:
- Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Managing probate matters and estate administration from initial instruction through to final distribution.
- Advising clients in relation to trust administration.
- Assisting with tax planning and wealth preservation matters.
