Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Residential Conveyancing? If you're looking to join a highly regarded Solicitor firm where you'll become part of a collaborative, supportive and professional team, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Working within a busy Residential Real Estate department, you'll provide comprehensive support to a team of approximately four fee earners at varying levels of seniority. This is a varied and fast-paced role where your organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive approach will be highly valued.

The Role

  • Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a team of fee earners
  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating travel
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports
  • Liaising professionally with clients by telephone, email and in person
  • Assisting with meeting preparation and business development activities
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
  • Experienced working on Case Management Systems
  • Managing incoming calls, emails and post
  • Supporting the wider team with general administration and coordinating occasional team events

About You

  • Previous Legal Secretary experience is essential
  • Experience within Residential Conveyancing is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong typing and Microsoft Office skills
  • Professional, confident and client-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
