Job Role: Supply Chain Consultant – Dynamics 365
Reporting to: ERP Lead
Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract for 3 months working 37.5 hours per week – Hybrid working

About the Role:
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the full lifecycle configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain. Experience of working in a global Retailer with both online and store activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support D365 Supply Chain implementation. Your role is to be the decision maker on the best approach.
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Configure D365S Supply Chain, specifically MRP, intercompany, global inventory and integration with the PLM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Finance and Buying to align functionality with business objectives.
- Provide functional support during testing phases, go-lives, and post- implementation reviews.
- Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end users and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert for best practices with D365 Supply Chain.
Skills:
- Experience working with large, multi-site retailer with global stores and online sales.
- Experience in D365FO Supply Chain module configuration and implementation.
- Proven expertise in a retail environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with MRP planning and configuration.
- Involvement in at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of D365FO or AX with a supply chain focus.
- Excellent understanding of supply chain planning processes, particularly demand forecasting and replenishment logic.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
