About the Role
The Senior People Advisor (Retail) will partner closely with the People Manager (Retail) and the Head of People to ensure a consistent, fair, and professional employee experience across the retail business. The role will work collaboratively with retail management, providing expert advice on HR related queries, employee relations matters, and people practices, while supporting the development of rewarding and fulfilling careers for all employees. As an experienced Senior People Advisor, you will confidently represent the People function, leading by example and maintaining a high level.
