About the Role

ME+EM is looking for an eCommerce Executive to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will report into our Digital Commerce Manager and work closely with the whole Marketing team. This role is responsible for the daily management of UK, US and ROW sites for ME+EM including product enrichment, visual merchandising, and trading of the site. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment, so we are looking for a creative, organised self‑starter with a keen eye for detail and analytic background.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end product enrichment and launch process across UK, US and ROW sites, ensuring products go live accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate closely with Buying, Design, Merchandising and Brand teams to gather product information and support successful launches.
  • Support the execution of monthly product drops, ensuring strong site VM, content alignment and a seamless customer journey.
  • Manage daily website visual merchandising, balancing brand aesthetics with commercial KPIs.
  • Monitor daily and weekly product performance, identifying trade opportunities and reacting quickly to optimise performance.
  • Support the creation of custom product edits and landing pages aligned to the marketing and trade calendar.
  • Own email VM alignment, ensuring category pages and linking strategies support campaign performance.
  • Maintain and update on‑site content including imagery, banners, homepage and editorial content.
  • Support cross‑selling opportunities across the site to drive commercial value.
  • Conduct regular site audits and walkthroughs to ensure product accuracy, content consistency and a smooth customer experience.
  • Coordinate translation workflows with internal teams and external agencies.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong interest in fashion, retail and the ME+EM brand.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret trading data and identify opportunities.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Creative with a strong eye for digital merchandising and presentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Centra, Algolia or similar merchandising tools is advantageous.
