ME+EM is looking for a Part Time Style Advisor to join our retail team in our new store opening in Harrogate. Candidates must have the flexibility to work 7.5‑hour shifts. The Style Advisor is responsible for delivering an authentic and memorable service approach. You will work well in a dynamic team environment, communicate clearly, multitask and adapt to high and low traffic patterns.
About you
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Your Responsibilities
- Provide the best experience through speed and accuracy.
- Represent the brand at all times by following the company dress code.
- Continually improve product knowledge and research products online.
- Navigate the customer, suggest alternatives or fulfill product requests within another store or online.
- Promote a "one business" mindset.
- Build organic and long‑lasting relationships with customers.
- Carry out personal styling sessions with confidence.
- Demonstrate confidence in styling, outfit building and recommendations.
- Escalate customer complaints to the management team.
- Maintain awareness of opening and closing duties and support when necessary.
- Operate tills confidently.
- Process transactions, refunds and telephone orders confidentially.
- Ensure data collection adheres to GDPR.
- Maintain high telephone etiquette.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards.
- Replenish stock and keep the shop floor clean and tidy.
- Assist with deliveries and stock recalls.
- Take responsibility for personal H&S and ensure H&S processes are followed in store.
