#### Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
- Research and recommend destinations, travel packages, and experiences tailored to clients.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Provide travel advice on necessary documentation, such as passports, visas, and vaccinations.
- Stay informed on travel restrictions, health and safety guidelines, and local laws related to destinations.
- Handle travel modifications, cancellations, or emergency situations as they arise.
- Maintain client relationships and provide post-travel follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize travel booking systems and software to manage reservations and payments.
- Offer travel insurance and other upselling opportunities where appropriate.
