Technical Services Representative - Software
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Representative - Software to join our dynamic team, maintaining and troubleshooting cutting-edge systems in gas turbine engine test facilities.
As a TSR, you\'ll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer support while leading issue resolution and mitigating technical risks. You\'ll deliver hands-on technical support across technologies such as:
- Software systems
- Measurement, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems
- PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- Computer networks
Creativity is valued! You will also suggest and implement improvements. Success requires a solid technical background and willingness to work in a 24/7 shift pattern as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting systems in Gas Turbine engine test facilities worldwide.
- Providing technical support to customers for software products.
- Analyzing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions.
- Tracking issues and generating reports using administrative systems.
- Contributing to process improvements and product enhancements.
- Traveling to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and reviews.
- Installing upgrades and participating in system commissioning.
- Supporting system configuration and long-term reliability.
- Managing hardware inventory and spares.
- Sharing feedback on software development and supporting design teams.
- Managing subcontractors for third-party services.
- Working collaboratively in a 24/7 shift environment.
Preferred qualifications:

- At least five years of Linux system administration experience.
