We are MDRN LOVE. We make it all, start to finish, and make sure it’s absolutely always beautiful, unforgettable, and on-brand. High-quality campaigns designed to flood the earbuds, smartphones, laptops, and televisions of every Tom, Dick, and Harriet in the big wide world. We define ourselves as a creative content production house that combines video and stills production with the creative direction that builds brands and spreads ideas. Producing TVC’s, Web ads, social campaigns, branded content and the rest.
We are looking for a talented mid-level producer to join our expanding team on a full-time basis, working from our office/studio in West Dulwich. Producing projects from small 3 person crews up to large-scale 40 person productions. They will deliver them with confidence and bring real character to the relationships we have with our clients. You’ll manage complex logistics, make creative decisions and keep every moving part on track from pre-production to final delivery.
You’ll need to be:
- A mid-level Producer with experience leading small to medium, multifaceted projects
- A characterful producer who brings passion to every project and consistently pushes for the highest standards.
- Confident managing budgets of £15k up to £200k+ and delivering on time and on target
- Comfortable working directly with senior clients and managing evolving needs
- Able to pre-visualise your shoot days and how all the departments work together efficiently.
- Some experience with international production
- Familiar with post-production workflows (animation, VFX, edit) and able to liaise confidently with creative and technical teams
- A proactive problem-solver who takes full ownership from treatment to delivery
- Calm, proactive, commercially aware and collaborative by nature
