We are hiring a Filmmaker (London-based - on-site with travel). An aspiring DOP or director who is an experienced shooter and can cut a mean edit. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with an experienced team, gain experience on larger sets and be instrumental in producing powerful social content for our clients with access to our extensive in-house kit.
We define ourselves as a creative content production house that combines video and stills production with the creative direction that builds brands and spreads ideas. Producing TVCs, web ads, social campaigns, branded content and more.
Working with agencies, brands, and individuals such as Bowmore Whisky, Aston Martin, Don Julio, Diageo, Glen Grant Whisky, Nyetimber Wine, No.3 gin, Barker and Stonehouse, Caprice, tread softly, Nobody's Child, Pandora Jewellery, Rolls-Royce, Warner Music, Cobra Beer, Otterbox, Better Gyms, Lottie Murphy Pilates, and many more.
Role
We’re looking for a talented, hands-on Filmmaker to join our growing team. You’ll be involved across the full production process from concept development and shooting through to post-production, working closely with directors, producers and clients to bring ideas to life. This role suits someone equally behind the camera, in the edit, and on set, with a strong creative voice and solid technical foundations.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality video content across a range of projects (commercial, documentary, digital)
- Operate cameras, lighting and sound equipment confidently
- Ideally experienced using Sony Fx3/6/9 cameras
- Editing experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
- Contribute creatively to treatments, concepts and visual approaches
- Collaborate with directors, producers and clients throughout production
- Manage media, backups and basic post-production workflows
- Support on set with general production needs when required
About You
- Proven experience as a filmmaker, videographer
- Strong shooting and editing skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines
- Passionate about storytelling and visual craft
- Based in (or able to travel easily to) West Dulwich, South London
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with colour grading and sound design
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills
- Driving licence
