Presently recruiting for a well-located hotel restaurant based near the Mold area for a Restaurant Manager to join their team. This venue is looking for a hands-on manager to work with and support the well-trained and focused team.
As Restaurant Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations working with the team and be able to offer and ensure a great guest experience. The food is modern British with approximately 100 covers serving both hotel guests as well as local residents and offering a high standard of food, wines, and first-class guest experience.
Duties:- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
