We are presently recruiting for this hotel near Burnley for a hands-on Head Chef. The hotel has 40+ bedrooms with a 120 cover main hotel restaurant and bar and also caters for events and functions for 100+ guests.
You will be managing the team and ensuring and maintaining food standards at all times, as well as working to the company standards for food quality from the company standard menus with menu changes to cater for the various guests of the hotel and also the functions and events menus for the hotel.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving hotel guests and also the local residents, and has a popular traditional Sunday lunch menu available.
