I am currently looking for a Head Chef to lead a team in a sophisticated, contemporary 3* boutique hotel in the beautiful countryside of Derbyshire. The venue is a popular wedding venue and hosts corporate events; the restaurant offers simple but high-quality British modern dishes.
As Head Chef, you will lead the team, ensuring the food is served to the highest quality, all health & safety aspects of the business are compliant, and undertake the training/recruitment of future kitchen team members ranging from KP's to all levels of chefs in the kitchen.
You will work with the Executive Chef in this exciting, rewarding and progressive environment within a company that sees the value in nurturing their staff.
