Presently recruiting for a hands-on Restaurant Manager for this luxurious hotel in a great rural location in the Leicestershire/Derbyshire area. Working with and leading the team to ensure a high standard of service at all times and great guest satisfaction.
The restaurant is a busy venue serving hotel guests breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a popular Afternoon Tea within the main lounge area of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting and supporting the Hotel Management team to maintain standards.
- Working with the restaurant team to deliver first-class training to all team members.
- Creating a positive working environment and liaising with the Head Chef and kitchen team to enhance guest service.
- Managing department costs including wage costs and stock required in the department.
- Reporting directly to the F&B Manager and attending HOD meetings when required.
