We are seeking an Operations Specialist with a strong understanding of financial markets to support organisational analysis, market intelligence, and strategic solution development. The successful candidate will analyse target organisations, identify key stakeholders, understand operational and commercial challenges, and support the development of structured, commercially viable solutions. They will work closely with prospective and current clients as well as internal Product, Operations, and R&D teams to ensure market requirements are effectively translated into business use cases and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, commercially minded, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across financial institutions and related organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on financial institutions, market participants, and industry developments to identify opportunities and market trends.
- Analyse target organisations, map key stakeholders and decision-makers, and support engagement strategies.
- Engage directly with prospective clients through meetings, calls, and follow-up activities to understand business challenges and objectives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials to support client discussions and internal decision-making.
- Translate market and client insights into structured insights and use cases.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and R&D teams to support ongoing initiatives and implementation activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of financial markets, financial institutions, and organisational structures.
