We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager for the UK to build and lead our regional marketing strategy. You’ll operate at the intersection of global strategy and local execution—bringing deep UK insight into a globally coordinated marketing organization. This role is about turning that shift into relevance and sustained growth—and helping millions of people choose a better internet.
This is a critical marketing role focused on:
- Re-establishing Firefox as a relevant, differentiated brand
- Driving relevance and market share growth
- Leading major campaigns and partnerships and activations in the UK
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director European Integrated Marketing to shape and deliver integrated marketing strategies and storytelling for the UK, build cultural relevance, and represent the brand, using audience insights and product feature priorities as an anchor.
- Help make Mozilla part of the conversation across sports, music, creator, and internet culture in the UK.
- Identify and engage with local communities and creators and create platform native content.
- Translate cultural insights into marketing initiatives that increase brand relevance and consideration.
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, media, social, PR, and creative teams to ensure activations connect into broader integrated marketing efforts.
- Help translate global campaigns and product priorities into culturally relevant UK executions.
- Work closely with insights and analytics teams to measure marketing impact.
- Help shape how Mozilla Firefox behaves within culture, ensuring every activation feels authentic to both the brand and the community.
- Maintain alignment with Mozilla’s brand voice, creative standards, and broader marketing priorities while allowing room for cultural agility and experimentation.
Who you are

- Fluent in creator language, community behaviour, internet culture and modern content marketing.
- Able to move fluidly between building cultural strategy, creative ideation, execution and measurement.
- Outstanding organisation and project management skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills; proven track record leading through influence.
- A self-starter with a bias for action.
- Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment across different time zones and cultures.
