We've been instructed by a leading international investment bank looking to hire a Senior Associate / Vice President into its growing Manchester-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-impact, execution-focused role, working on a range of mid-market M&A transactions across dynamic sectors. Technology / Media experience is preferred, but strong candidates from other sectors will also be considered.
The Role
- Lead and support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions
- Take ownership of client deliverables including IMs, presentations, and financial analysis
- Build and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, etc.)
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to client interaction
The Candidate
- 3–7+ years' experience in M&A / Corporate Finance
- Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities
- Proven track record of transaction execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sector experience in Technology / Media advantageous, but not essential
