Up to £55,000 + benefits + bonus
We’re partnering with a Private Equity-backed group that’s scaling rapidly through acquisition, with £100m of committed funding in place to deliver their buy-and-build strategy.
Following a recent platform acquisition and with a strong pipeline of further deals, the business is building a best-in-class central finance function to support rapid expansion and long-term value creation.
As part of this growth, they’re looking to appoint an FP&A Analyst to play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across the group.
This will be a fascinating role, working with a fantastic team of people in a vibrant and upbeat culture. It’s a rare opportunity to help build and shape FP&A capability from an early stage. Strong career progression is highly likely as the business continues to grow.
The Role
This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and Financial Controller, where you’ll help shape how the business understands and drives performance.
You’ll be instrumental in developing reporting, supporting forecasting, and providing insight across a growing portfolio of acquired businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver insightful financial and operational reporting , including KPI dashboards
Analyse performance drivers across revenue, profitability, and growth
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles , including variance analysis
Build and enhance financial models to support decision-making
Work with large datasets to generate meaningful commercial insights
Track post-acquisition performance and support integration activities
Contribute to the ongoing development of FP&A processes and capability
About You
Qualified accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA )
Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insight
Confident communicator with stakeholders across finance and operations
