The Role

• Lead concurrent, multi‑stream integrations and digital bid programmes across several time zones, delivering on‑time and on‑budget outcomes.

• Own scalable governance frameworks, PMO structures and end‑to‑end blueprints to maximise value creation and benefits realisation.

• Act as trusted adviser to the C‑suite, providing data‑driven insight, options‑based decision models and clear progress reporting.

• Shape post‑acquisition roadmaps, managing risk, resources and financials to secure long‑term returns.

The Candidate

• Senior programme leader with a project‑management qualification and an outstanding record delivering complex, cross‑border M&A from diligence through integration.

• Commercially astute, numerate and influential, with confident communication up to Board level.

• Dynamic, proactive and unflappable; thrives on ambiguity and high‑growth environments.

• Skilled at mobilising cross‑functional teams, embedding continuous improvement and sustaining stakeholder alignment.
