The Role

  • Newly created, commercially focused role with high visibility across the Group
  • Responsible for leading strategic finance projects
  • Reporting to the Finance Director and collaborating with the Group Leadership Team and external advisors
  • Core responsibilities include:
  • Using FP&A skills to develop multi-year forecasting and operating models and associated scenario planning
  • Development of new business insight tools
  • Supporting Business Unit SLTs in development and articulation of strategies for future value creation
  • Evaluation and presentation of strategies for the delivery of efficiency and productivity improvements and ROI
  • M&A support and commercial due diligence
  • Strategic, data-led decision support across growth initiatives and operational planning

The Candidate

  • Commercially astute qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with a sound understanding of business processes
  • Strong analytical, modelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in FP&A, Transaction Services or Audit preferred
  • Exposure to complex international environments and/or PE-backed businesses beneficial
  • Curious, data-driven, hands-on individual who gets things done
