The Role
- Newly created, commercially focused role with high visibility across the Group
- Responsible for leading strategic finance projects
- Reporting to the Finance Director and collaborating with the Group Leadership Team and external advisors
- Core responsibilities include:
- Using FP&A skills to develop multi-year forecasting and operating models and associated scenario planning
- Development of new business insight tools
- Supporting Business Unit SLTs in development and articulation of strategies for future value creation
- Evaluation and presentation of strategies for the delivery of efficiency and productivity improvements and ROI
- M&A support and commercial due diligence
- Strategic, data-led decision support across growth initiatives and operational planning
The Candidate
- Commercially astute qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with a sound understanding of business processes
- Strong analytical, modelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in FP&A, Transaction Services or Audit preferred
- Exposure to complex international environments and/or PE-backed businesses beneficial
- Curious, data-driven, hands-on individual who gets things done
