MDM Resourcing are working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading sell-side M&A advisors, with highly experienced and respected Partners.

The firm specialises in advising entrepreneurs and owner managers on maximising their equity value through sales to strategic acquirers in a value range of £10m to £250m.

A Corporate Finance Executive or Manager is now required to join the team to support a range of sell-side deals.

The ideal candidate will be 0 – 2 years qualified ACA or ACCA and keen to build a career in Corporate Finance Advisory. You will most likely have trained and qualified in Audit and ideally have 6 months to 2 years\’ experience in Transaction Services / Corporate Finance or Corporate Restructuring, seeking a strategic career move into Corporate Finance in a smaller boutique firm. This is a rare opportunity to join a smaller boutique at a relatively early stage of its journey.
