For Companies Our client is a high profile Corporate Finance mid-market boutique advising on MBOs, MBIs, and private equity transactions for predominantly upper mid-market SME clients (up to £100m EV) across a wide range of sectors. The firm has enjoyed a fantastic track record of completed deals over the last few years and looks to build lasting relationships with owner managers, management teams, private equity houses, and banks. Due to this sustained growth, the client is now looking to recruit a high calibre Corporate Finance Director with the hunger and drive to source and lead transactions. Candidates relocating to the North West would also be considered.
Minimum Requirements
- Sourcing and leading transactions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Advising on MBOs, MBIs, and private equity transactions.
- Delivering exceptional client service and support.
