This is a fast-paced environment with significant investment in systems and reporting capabilities. A key role within the commercial finance team, responsible for leading forecasting and reporting processes, delivering high-quality insight to senior stakeholders, and supporting strategic decision-making across the group’s largest business unit. Lead budgeting and reforecasting cycles, working closely with commercial and finance leadership Own weekly and monthly reporting across key commercial and financial metrics Analyse business performance across multiple territories, identifying areas for improvement Enhance reporting systems and processes in collaboration with operational and data teams Work alongside financial operations to ensure accuracy and completeness in revenue reporting Contribute to strategic projects, including market development, operational efficiency, and potential acquisitions We’re looking for a commercially driven finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering actionable insight. 3+ years’ experience in a commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering role ~ Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs ~ Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE ~ Proven ability to work in a fast-moving, data-rich environment ~ A business backed by private equity with ongoing investment in its people and platforms Competitive salary with bonus potential and core benefits
