As part of its impressive continuing growth, the firm is looking to appoint an Associate Director to play a leading role in the execution and delivery of M&A transactions, whilst supporting the development of client relationships and junior team members.

We are keen to speak with candidates currently working within a Big 4 Corporate Finance team, investment bank, independent corporate finance boutique or similar advisory environment. The successful candidate will have a strong technical grounding, excellent client-facing skills and a track record of delivering transactions in the mid-market.
