Role Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Manager (regional number 2 to the Partner), delivering impactful solutions to CFOs and key stakeholders during transactions, refinancing, and operational improvement projects. This role offers the chance to lead high-profile assignments, mentor a talented team, and shape a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects, delivering outputs such as financial models, KPI analysis, and data packs.
• Build and manage strong client relationships, providing innovative and practical solutions.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Design and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery to the highest standards.
• Support business development through lead generation and proposal preparation.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with minimum 4+ years PQE.
• Background in Transaction Services or Restructuring Advisory, ideally from a top-tier firm.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver under pressure.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
