Implementation Manager (Contract 6 months)

Location: London / Hybrid

Day Rate: £550-£650 per day

We are currently supporting a leading UK wealth management business undergoing a significant front-office integration programme. As part of this initiative, we are looking to appoint an Implementation Manager on an initial 6-month contract to support the onboarding and integration of a large number of Wealth Managers into a new UK platform and operating model. This is a high-profile programme with a phased migration approach, requiring individuals who can operate at pace while delivering a first-class experience to senior stakeholders.

The Role

You will play a central role in supporting the integration process, acting as a key point of contact for incoming advisers and ensuring a smooth transition into the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end onboarding and integration of Wealth Managers
  • Acting as a primary contact for queries, providing timely and effective resolution
  • Managing a high volume of queries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Escalating complex issues to internal teams where appropriate
  • Working closely with stakeholders across Front Office, Change, Operations, and Technology
  • Ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the integration journey
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes as the programme evolves

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Implementation Manager / Integration Manager role within Financial Services
  • Strong front-office experience within wealth management, private banking, or asset management (essential)
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale integration programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership
