As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented recruitment professionals to join our team and contribute to the next stage of our development. We're deliberately keeping an open mind about experience and seniority. You might be an established executive search Director with an extensive network and proven business development track record, or a talented researcher and headhunter with a few years' experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility. We're more interested in finding the right person than filling a predetermined role. What you'll be doing Depending on your experience and strengths, responsibilities could include: Researching, identifying and proactively headhunting senior executives, Partners and specialist interim professionals. Managing retained executive search and interim assignments from initial briefing through to placement. Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. Identifying and developing new business opportunities. Working closely with the CEO to grow our executive search and interim recruitment practices. For experienced consultants, there's scope to take ownership of client relationships, originate assignments and operate in a full 360 capacity. For those earlier in their careers, we offer exposure to senior-level searches and the opportunity to develop commercially. What we're looking for Experience in executive search, retained recruitment or specialist interim recruitment, from approximately 2–3 years through to Director level. Strong research, market mapping and direct headhunting skills. Confidence engaging senior candidates and building professional relationships. A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver exceptional results. Experience in Financial Services or Professional Services would be advantageous, but we're open to other specialist recruitment backgrounds.
