We are supporting a well-established, highly regulated professional services business with the appointment of a Marketing Executive on an initial 6-month contract, starting ASAP.
This role will play a key part in supporting a large-scale content and website migration project, working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, compliance and the wider business.
The Role
- Support the delivery of a structured content migration programme across digital channels
- Create, edit and update marketing content in line with brand, tone of voice and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage priorities, approvals and timelines
- Ensure all content adheres to relevant compliance, governance and regulatory frameworks
- Update and build webpages using a CMS, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
- Optimise content for SEO and digital best practice
- Proofread and quality-check marketing materials prior to publication
About You
- Proven experience in a Marketing Executive / Marketing Operations role
- Background in regulated industries such as financial services, professional services or similar
- Strong understanding of compliance-led marketing environments
- Comfortable working on detailed, process-driven projects with multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and digital content management
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Available at short notice or immediately preferred
