We are currently supporting a leading UK wealth management business undergoing a significant front-office integration programme. As part of this initiative, we are looking to appoint a Client Integration Manager to support the onboarding and transition of a large number of Wealth Managers into a new UK platform and operating model. This is a high-profile, fast-paced programme with a phased migration approach, requiring individuals who can operate with pace while delivering a seamless and professional experience to senior stakeholders.
The Role
You will play a central role in the integration process, acting as a key point of contact for incoming advisers and their teams as they transition into the business. This is a highly visible, front-office aligned role, where you will be responsible for managing the flow of queries, guiding stakeholders through the transition, and ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding and integration of Wealth Managers and their teams
- Acting as a primary point of contact for incoming advisers, handling a high volume of queries and requests
- Supporting stakeholders through the transition into a new platform and operating model
- Coordinating with internal teams across Front Office, Change, Operations, and Technology to resolve queries efficiently
- Escalating complex issues where required, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintaining a high standard of communication and stakeholder engagement throughout
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes as the integration programme evolves
Requirements
- Proven experience managing client or adviser transitions within wealth management, private banking, or asset management environments
- Strong front-office exposure, with experience working closely with advisers, relationship managers, or client-facing teams (essential)
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale onboarding/integration programmes
- Ability to manage a high volume of queries while maintaining a professional and structured approach
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior individuals
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
