The Opportunity

We are currently supporting a highly regarded, client-centric wealth management firm in the search for a Front Office Support Administrator to join their centralised business support function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This team plays a pivotal role in supporting Wealth Managers, Portfolio Managers and regional branch teams, ensuring that administrative processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services administrator looking to further develop their career within a collaborative, professional and quality-driven environment, with longer-term opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide broad front-office and administrative support across multiple business divisions, with responsibilities including:
  • Processing and managing core administrative workflows
  • Printing, processing and archiving client correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating client data, including call-back amendments
  • Supporting client onboarding and account opening applications
  • Handling deceased client administration, including probate valuations and documentation packs
  • Preparing and scheduling Suitability Meeting Packs
  • Managing corporate action notifications and stakeholder correspondence
  • Supporting mail merges and client information distribution
  • Maintaining accurate records, audit trails and desk procedures
  • Identifying and escalating potential risks
  • Collaborating with middle office and operational teams
  • Delivering a professional service to both internal and external stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications

We are keen to hear from individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Previous administration experience within financial services, wealth management or asset management
  • Strong organisational and document management skills
  • Experience supporting front office or investment teams (desirable)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • CISI IOC Unit 1 (or working towards) advantageous but not essential
