To help us deliver exceptional service we are seeking to recruit a Receptionist at Cobbs Quay Marina.

Responsibilities

• Provide a meet and greet service to all members and visitors.
• Act as receptionist, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Provide support to the Administration team and ensure a strict debt control policy is in operation.
• Ensure the telephone is answered in the correct and timely manner.
• Ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
