We're looking for an experienced Manager of Clinical Services to lead our global Clinical Management team and help ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, patient-focused clinical trial services.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop our global team of Clinical Managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Oversee clinical trial service delivery, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide operational and clinical guidance, resolving complex project challenges and escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on resource planning, project feasibility, and business development initiatives.
- Support quality management activities, including audit readiness, risk management, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current NMC registration are required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical trial operations or clinical trial service delivery.
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading and developing clinical or clinical operations teams.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality management.
- Experience with decentralised clinical trials and in-home clinical services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Flexibility to provide occasional out-of-hours support, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
