About the Company
Our client are a global leader in the manufacturing of metrology equipment. Underpinning accuracy across many precision engineering fields, their people and equipment keep the world in motion, through the measurement and inspection of components to the utmost precision, ensuring the safety and reliability of their customers' products.
The role is based in Coventry and mainly within their UKAS-accredited lab facility. Its primary responsibility is to undertake calibration and certification of Dimensional Measuring Equipment and Reference Masters in line with the laboratory’s approved operating procedures, but to also maintain administrative reporting and accurate records.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in inspection, knowledge of inspection techniques, and be able to combine this with eloquence/coherent communication in order to relate to customer applications and requirements - both internally and in front of the customer.
You’re probably passionate about GD&T, dimensional measurement, a mindset of both continuous improvement and continuous professional development, and seeking a role with a firm that stands above the rest in the industry.
The role is 08:30-17:00, Mon to Fri.
