Injection Moulding Setter – Join Our Manufacturing Team!

Location: Oxford

Hours: Continental Shifts, 4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights. 7am-7pm/7pm-7am

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Attendance Bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to ensure the efficient and safe setup and operation of injection moulding machines, tooling, and related equipment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining product quality, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for Injection Moulding Setter:

  • Set up and operate injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment
  • Carry out tool changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and maintain production quality standards
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For Injection Moulding Setter:

  • Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter (essential)
  • Strong mechanical and technical understanding of moulding processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
