Overview: We’re working with a fast-growing, investor-backed energy infrastructure platform looking to hire a Project Development Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale pipeline across the UK and Europe. This is a great opportunity to sit at the heart of a business operating across solar, battery storage and grid-connected infrastructure, supporting projects from early-stage development through to execution.
The Role
- Tracking and managing project milestones and timelines
- Coordinating across development, grid, commercial and finance teams
- Supporting internal and investor reporting
- Identifying risks, delays and bottlenecks across the pipeline
- Helping build and improve processes, systems and reporting frameworks
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years’ experience in: Renewable energy (solar / BESS / infrastructure), OR Consultancy/advisory (e.g. JLL, Arup, Big 4), OR Infrastructure/real assets platforms
- Strong understanding of the project development lifecycle (land, planning, grid etc.)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Exposure to grid connections or planning processes
- Experience supporting project or investor reporting
- Familiarity with project tracking tools
