About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Manager to support the performance and optimisation of commercial and residential rooftop solar portfolios. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a growing renewables team, contributing to the delivery and management of solar and energy storage assets across the UK and Europe. Working from the company HQ in London, you’ll help maximise asset performance, manage key property and contractor relationships, and provide vital operational support. The role is varied, dynamic, and offers excellent exposure to both the technical and commercial aspects of asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance KPIs, identify variances, and support regular reporting.
- Work with contractors and third parties to resolve performance issues and implement solutions.
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance schedules across rooftop sites.
- Support contractor management and contribute to optimisation projects.
- Act as a point of contact for property-related issues, liaising with contractors and legal partners.
- Support the maintenance of accurate records and legal documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding of new solar and storage assets into internal systems.
- Help ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Track incidents and assist in the delivery of ESG data.
- Support continuous improvement of asset management tools and reporting processes.
- Contribute to digitalisation initiatives and asset data migration projects.
- Participate in team away days, site visits, and workshops where needed.
- Represent the team with professionalism and integrity across all external interactions.
